Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently deliver to serviceable pincodes across India. International shipping is not available at present. You can check your pincode on any product page.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed and dispatched within [1–3] working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes [3–7] working days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on the method you choose, your pincode and/or parcel weight, and are shown before you pay. Current rates:

Tracking

Once your order is shipped we send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp and email. You can also see it under My Orders or on our Track Order page.

Receiving your parcel

Please check that the package is sealed and undamaged before accepting it. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video — it helps us resolve any damage or missing-item claim quickly. Report any problem within [48 hours] of delivery.

Failed delivery

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable after repeated attempts, the parcel returns to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
